[Hiring] Senior Automation QA (Java) Engineer @Ciklum

Role Description

Ciklum is looking for a Senior Automation QA (Java) Engineer to join our team full-time in Ukraine. As a Senior Automation QA (Java) Engineer, become a part of a cross-functional development team working for the global leader in leisure, travel, and tourism industries that offers a high-quality end-to-end customer experience, from booking to accommodation and transportation.

• Test automation for new functionality, regression suites, and other functional tests on a Web backend project.
• Maintaining and adding new functionality to automated testing framework.
• Integrating automated testing into CI process.
• Test data preparation.
• Making conclusions and reporting about the stability of the product under test.
• Close collaboration with POs, BAs, and developers.

Qualifications

• Experience in REST API Testing.
• Experience in QA Automation of Java REST servers using Rest Assured and supportive frameworks.
• Solid skills in Java and OOP.
• Good knowledge of SQL (PostgreSQL or similar).
• Experience with continuous integration processes and tools (GitLab, Jenkins, Teamcity, or similar).
• Experience of working with version control systems (e.g. GIT, SVN and others).
• Good knowledge of different testing methods, techniques, and types.
• Understanding of Agile/Scrum.
• Master's or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or relevant.
• Good English skills – Upper-Intermediate and above.
