[Hiring] Seasonal Quality Assurance Representative @TRANZACT

Role Description

The QA Representative monitors the sales and enrollment activities of our marketing staff to ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and carrier-specific requirements, as well as adherence to approved scripts.

Key Responsibilities

• Navigate computer systems to locate customer data, including call recordings, enrollment applications, and scorecards.
• Search approved websites to verify the accuracy of information presented to customers.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of the products and compliance requirements for assigned plans.
• Document findings and provide clear, factual written explanations of conclusions.
• Conduct sales/enrollment audits in response to allegations from internal and external sources.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 1+ year of customer service experience.
• Basic computer skills with typing speed of at least 20 WPM.
• Proficiency with Windows, Microsoft Office, email, and internet navigation.
• Familiarity with contact management systems and internet software.
• Strong written communication skills, including grammar, clarity, and the ability to present findings.
• Basic math skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide; compute rate, ratio, percent; interpret bar graphs).
• Ability to follow written, oral, or diagrammed instructions and apply common-sense reasoning.
• Clear verbal communication skills, especially for phone/headset use.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with insurance products (e.g., Medicare, life insurance).
