Role Description

• Analyze business requirements, technical specifications, and design documents to create detailed test plans and test cases.
• Collaborate with developers to resolve issues and perform retesting as needed.
• Translate complex business requirements and functional specs into comprehensive test strategies and test cases.
• Manage and maintain the Salesforce platform.
• Customize objects, fields, page layouts, and other metadata for deployment.
• Work with data tools to query and update through imports and exports.
• Create reports and dashboards for business insights.
• Collaborate with teams to optimize Salesforce functionality for business needs.
• Act as a liaison between the testing teams and the system admins.
• Knows basics of Selenium, Java.
• Salesforce CRM, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud.
• Good to Have Integration Testing Knowledge.
• Must have Good Communications.
• Strong at Problem Solving.
