[Hiring] R&D Senior Quality Manager @ALTEN

Role Description

• Ensure quality oversight for complex R&D projects and global quality initiatives.
• Act as the key QA partner for cross-functional stakeholders and project teams.
• Review, approve, and release GMP-relevant documentation and quality deliverables.
• Drive quality activities including risk assessments, deviations, change controls, CAPAs, and training initiatives.
• Support validation, qualification, and continuous improvement projects.
• Provide expert guidance on cGMP compliance and quality standards.
• Contribute to audits, inspections, and due diligence activities.
• Promote operational excellence and a strong quality culture across the organization.

Qualifications

• Hold a Bachelor's degree with 5+ years or a Master's degree with 3+ years of experience in Pharma Quality, QA, Development, or Operations.
• Strong knowledge of cGMP regulations, quality systems, and regulatory requirements.
• Experience in quality risk management, deviations, change controls, and CAPA processes.
• Demonstrate strong project management, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills.
• Possess solid scientific, technical, and compliance knowledge within the pharmaceutical industry.
• Communicate fluently in English.
• Nice to have: Experience with validation, analytical development, health authority inspections, and global project environments.

Requirements

• Starting from €4,000 gross per month, with a clear willingness to offer a higher salary depending on qualifications and professional experience.
