Role Description

At Via Logic, we believe quality engineering is more than just testing - it’s about building confidence, reliability, and resilience into every stage of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). We’re looking for a Quality/Test Engineer who is passionate about automation, collaboration, and continuous improvement while also eager to grow into broader Full Stack DevSecOps responsibilities over time. In this role, you’ll partner closely with engineers, stakeholders, and fellow Quality Engineers to:

  • Improve testing strategies
  • Strengthen deployment confidence
  • Support cloud-native applications
  • Help ensure mission-critical systems remain reliable and production-ready

This role also serves as a structured growth path into Full Stack DevSecOps engineering, providing exposure to:

  • CI/CD pipelines
  • AWS services
  • Release management
  • Security scanning and remediation
  • Operational support
  • Modern engineering practices across distributed systems

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of relevant experience in Quality Engineering, Software Testing, or related engineering roles
  • Experience with automated testing frameworks and modern SDLC practices
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and cloud-based development environments
  • Understanding of API testing, integration testing, regression testing, and release validation practices
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills within cross-functional teams
  • Ability to troubleshoot issues, adapt quickly, and contribute within fast-moving technical environments

Requirements

  • Be a U.S. Citizen
  • Currently reside within the United States
  • Have lived within the U.S. for at least 3 of the past 5 years
  • Be eligible to obtain and maintain a government Public Trust clearance

How We Work

  • This is a client-facing role that includes virtual collaboration and occasional customer interaction
  • Team members are expected to actively engage through Slack, Teams, email, Monday.com, and other collaboration tools during standard business hours
  • Availability for meetings and collaboration between 9AM–5PM EST is expected
  • Cameras on during virtual meetings is part of our collaborative culture
