Role Description

AgriSompo has a unique opportunity for a Quality Control Reviewer for our Quality Control team. The Quality Control Reviewer plays a key role in delivering best-in-class customer service to its customers. This job is responsible for:

• Performing reviews pursuant to the requirements of the SRA including but not limited to Appendix IV reviews.
• Working with agents and underwriters on any errors and corrections.
• Providing oral and written communication to agents, insureds, and adjusters regarding reviews.
• Working closely with ASNA employees and contractors on matters related to quality control reviews.
• Communicating review and case determinations, including proposed corrective actions to the Regional Quality Control Supervisor.
• Staying abreast of understanding, interpreting, and communicating RMA and SRA rules/regulations.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Required – High School/GED or equivalent experience.
• Preferred - Associate’s Degree in Agriculture or similar field.

Requirements

• Preferred – a minimum of 2 years’ MPCI crop adjusting, or related crop insurance experience.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Excellent effective interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills with the ability to interact with all levels of people within and outside the organization.
• Ability to successfully handle multiple assignments and coordinate several projects with changing priorities.
• Proficient computer skills, including working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work both autonomously and effectively in a team environment.
• Ability to make decisions using sound judgment.
