Role Description

Responsible for ensuring the quality and accuracy of documents or reports prior to the final printing and customer distribution.

• Quality checks final reports and completed documents for accuracy and completeness.
• Identifies missing information and areas requiring corrections.
• Contacts internal resource or customer to obtain required information.
• Ensures the product is in compliance with company and customer standards.
• Escalates more complex questions to supervisor or lead.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1-2 years directly related experience
• Proficient PC skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Basic understanding of customer compliance requirements

Requirements

• This position's hours can have a start time as 8:00am and as late of an end time as 7:30pm.
• Pay Range: $17.69 - $23.56 Hourly, Remote
• This hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the time of posting. Pay is based on a number of factors which may include job-related knowledge, skills, experience, business requirements, and geographic location.
