Role Description

We are seeking a highly detail-oriented Quality Control Analyst to ensure the accuracy, completeness, and quality of mortgage-related documents produced within our document preparation platform. This role is responsible for:

• Performing comprehensive reviews of new documents and updates completed by Document Developers.
• Validating that all requirements have been met and that deliverables adhere to established standards and best practices.
• Conducting independent testing to mitigate risk and assess customer impact.
• Ensuring all changes are implemented safely and accurately.
• Communicating findings clearly and partnering closely with Document Developers to identify issues and explain required corrections.
• Promoting continuous improvement.
• Migrating validated work through development, staging, and production environments using proprietary tools.

Qualifications

• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Business-level English fluency, including proficiency with English writing conventions.
• Experience performing quality assurance, testing, and validation of technical or document-based deliverables.
• Ability to interpret and validate business and compliance requirements against completed work.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills needed to provide feedback and guidance to peers.
• Experience or familiarity with SQL databases and queries.
