[Hiring] Quality Audit Associate @Paradigm

Role Description

Paradigm is in search of a remote Quality Audit Associate. This role will involve providing administrative assistance to the SPU Managers and Supervisors. The schedule for this position is Monday - Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM.

• Learning and adhering to account guidelines.
• Using account guidelines to complete case billing audits.
• Researching and investigating short pays, non-pays, and documents appropriately in the collections application.
• Performing internal audits.
• Running queries with customer specific data.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education preferred.
• Excellent computer skills, especially with data entry.
• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Outlook and Excel skills.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Organizational skills and ability to multitask and prioritize.
• Ability to exercise sound judgment and maintain confidentiality.
