Role Description

The QA Specialist will support the end-to-end quality assurance process by conducting audits, evaluating VA performance, identifying process and performance gaps, monitoring trends, maintaining QA documentation, and coordinating coaching and corrective-action follow-up.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and ability to evaluate work objectively using established QA criteria, SOPs, and scoring standards.
• Ability to identify performance gaps, process issues, recurring errors, and potential escalation risks.
• Good written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to provide clear, constructive, and actionable feedback.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple QA schedules, audits, reports, and follow-ups.
• Ability to interpret and consistently apply company SOPs, client-specific processes, and QA standards.
• Ability to work independently, maintain confidentiality, exercise sound judgment, and remain objective when handling performance-related findings.
• Ability to coordinate professionally with Team Leads, Operations, MIS/SEPM, and other departments regarding QA findings, coaching, and corrective actions.
• Willingness to support QA sessions across varying VA schedules when operationally required.

Requirements

• Basic data analytics skills with working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets.
• Able to perform data entry and validation, sorting, filtering, and basic data cleanup for QA reporting.
• Working knowledge of basic spreadsheet formulas and functions such as IF, COUNTIF/COUNTIFS, SUMIF/SUMIFS, and VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP.
• Able to create and interpret Pivot Tables, basic charts, and simple dashboards or summaries.
• Ability to review QA data and identify recurring findings, performance trends, outliers, and areas requiring improvement.
• Comfortable preparing simple QA reports, score summaries, and trend analyses for management and operational review.
