[Hiring] Quality Assurance Specialist @Alliance Laundry Systems

Role Description

As an After Sales functional leader in charge of quality management, this position is an advocate representing the needs of our customers and will be collaborating with After Sales Support, Engineering, Manufacturing, and additional Sales operations globally.

The Quality Assurance Specialist is responsible for:

• Monitoring quality alert system information
• Coordination of repairs and inspection
• Execution of corrective measures to improve company's final products or processes
• Participating as a member of product development team working with Product Management and Engineering
• Analyzing information collected through quality reports and product warranty data
• Implementing corrective actions and resolving product issues

Individual must have the ability to translate and communicate complex issues and concerns to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in relevant field required; equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered
• At least 2 years of related experience; prior leadership experience preferred
• Strong written and oral communications skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks to accomplish company goals
• Ability to collaborate with others & provide clear direction to the Technical Services team
• Excellent organizational skills
• High degree of computer skills, including experience using Microsoft Office products
• Ability to provide an efficient and positive customer experience

Requirements

• Travel: Approximately 10% of the time
• Physical Requirements: Position involves sitting long periods, standing, manual dexterity, stooping, bending and may require lifting up to 45 lbs.
