[Hiring] Quality Assurance Analyst @Multiview Corporation

Role Description

Reporting to the Director, QA, the Quality Assurance Analyst is responsible for ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of software products through manual testing, automated testing, and AI-assisted quality assurance practices. The incumbent works closely with Product Management, Development, and Customer Support teams to validate requirements, identify risks, and verify software functionality before release.

The Quality Assurance Analyst leverages AI-powered tools and automation technologies to improve testing efficiency, enhance test coverage, accelerate defect detection, and support continuous quality improvement initiatives. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to effectively apply AI-assisted testing techniques while exercising sound judgment to validate AI-generated outputs.

The incumbent participates throughout the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), including:

• Requirements reviews
• Test planning
• Test execution
• Defect management
• Automation development
• Continuous process improvement

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent relevant experience
• 3-5+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance or Software Testing
• Strong understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies
• Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes
• Experience in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases
• Experience with test automation tools and frameworks
• Experience working with cloud-based environments such as AWS
• Experience using AI-assisted tools such as Microsoft Copilot, GitHub Copilot, Claude
• Experience with API, performance testing preferred
• Experience with enterprise software, ERP, financial systems, or SaaS applications preferred
• Heightened attention to detail & strong analytical technical problem-solving skills
• Strong time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines for multiple, concurrent projects
• Ability to quickly gain working knowledge of product, interpret requirements, and recommend solutions
• Strong team building skills to work well within a close team environment
• Self-sufficient, resourceful and work well with minimal supervision
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Passion for developing a quality product for our Clients and customers

• Ability to identify patterns, risks, and quality issues
• Ability to effectively communicate and work with various team members both internally and externally
• Ability to manage several milestones and projects efficiently and simultaneously to meet deadlines
