Role Description
We are looking for the Quality Assurance Analyst who will be a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for quality guidelines and review/rate various types of content. This includes audio, video, text, and photos, providing ratings based on predefined task guidelines. The role requires written explanations to support the ratings and improve rater quality over time.
- Serve as a SME (Subject Matter Expert) for quality guidelines.
- Evaluate and rate multiple types of content (audio, video, text, photos) based on task guidelines.
- Provide written rationales for individual judgments/decisions.
- Participate in calibration sessions with the team and stakeholders as per instructions from the team lead.
- Conduct peer audits as part of the process model and assist in training when required.
- Collaborate with team members to share best practices.
- Manage multiple assignments simultaneously while ensuring quality and compliance.
Qualifications
- Native or fluent in Japanese and fluent in English, both verbal and written.
- College/University degree.
- Proficiency in G Suite, especially Google Sheets.
- Detail-oriented, analytical, and rigorous in approach.
- Strong computer literacy with experience using MS Office applications.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present reasoning clearly and concisely.
- Ability to work independently and within a team, ensuring results are achieved.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Strong logical reasoning and decision-making abilities.
Requirements
- Full Remote in Portugal
- Full-time employment
- Fixed work schedule: Monday to Friday, 11:00 AM - 8:00 PM.
- Start: ASAP
