Role Description

Monitor and Evaluate call center activities and complete scorecards to assess each item according to guidance provided and provide a constructive assessment.

• Maintain and update databases, scorecards, reports and documents with high degree of accuracy.
• Identify accounts requiring escalations, escalating immediately if warranted.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of federal regulations, policies, and procedures as they apply to student financial aid.
• Demonstrate and maintain appropriate judgement with confidential information.
• May perform other functions as requested by management within scope of level or occasional support of lower-level functions as business/volume needs require.

• Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently.

• High speed internet connection with the ability to connect to your Secured Assist assigned system utilizing a connection/ethernet cable:
• The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) set the standard for broadband internet at 25 Mbps for download speeds, and 3 Mbps for upload. To be considered 'high speed' your download speed should be higher than the 25 Mbps standard, ranging anywhere from 100 to 1,000 Mbps.
