[Hiring] QA / Test Automation Engineer @Zensar

Role Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented QA / Test Automation Engineer with strong experience in Salesforce testing and automation. The candidate will be responsible for:

• Validating Salesforce case management functionality, integrations, and workflows.
• Ensuring high-quality deliverables aligned with banking compliance standards.
• Developing and executing test plans, test cases, and regression suites for Salesforce case management functionality.
• Performing functional, integration, and end-to-end testing for agent UI workflows, API integrations, and approval processes.
• Automating repetitive test scenarios using Selenium, Provar, or Salesforce-native testing tools (e.g., Testim, AccelQ).
• Logging defects in JIRA or similar tracking tools and verifying fixes through multiple release cycles.
• Ensuring banking compliance requirements are validated through rigorous negative testing and edge cases.

Qualifications

• Prior Salesforce testing experience.
