Job Title: QA Automation

Job Location: Remote - Milwaukee, WI

Duration: 6 to 12 Months Contract

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium or Cucumber for web-based payment applications.
• Create and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for payment systems.
• Collaborate closely with the development team to identify and report defects, track issues, and ensure timely resolution.
• Conduct functional, integration, regression, and performance testing to ensure the reliability and accuracy of payment processes.
• Participate in requirements analysis and provide feedback to stakeholders regarding testability and potential risks.
• Maintain and update test documentation, including test plans, test cases, and test data.
• Perform root cause analysis and contribute to the continuous improvement of the QA process.
• Stay up-to-date with industry best practices, emerging technologies, and payment regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 to 8 years of experience in quality assurance and software testing.
• Proven expertise in test automation using Selenium or Cucumber.
• Strong knowledge of payment systems, including Wires, ACH, SWIFT, and Fedwire.
• Knowledge of ISO messages (e.g., Pacs.008, Pain.001, Camt.054, FTH, FTR Formats, etc.)
• Experience with test management and defect tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail).
• Solid understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Payment industry certifications (e.g., AAP, CTP) are a plus.
