[Hiring] Proofreader/ Creative Project Coordinator/ QA @Aquent

Role Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Creative Intake & Quality Assurance Specialist to support the creative team by managing incoming project requests, ensuring projects are set up accurately in Workfront, and conducting quality checks on creative deliverables. This role will serve as an important connection point between requestors and the creative team, helping ensure projects are complete, organized, on-brand, and ready for stakeholder review and release.

Key Responsibilities

• Creative Intake & Project Setup
  • Review incoming creative requests for completeness and adherence to established intake requirements.
  • Validate project briefs, timelines, required assets, stakeholders, and approval requirements before project kickoff.
  • Follow up with requestors to gather missing information and resolve questions to prevent project delays.
  • Apply naming conventions, workflow templates, and project categorization standards in Workfront.
  • Convert approved requests into active projects and ensure accurate setup for reporting, tracking, and workflow management.
  • Maintain organized and accurate project information throughout the creative process.
• Creative Quality Assurance & Brand Compliance
  • Conduct first-level QA of creative deliverables before they are shared with stakeholders.
  • Review materials for grammar, spelling, legal copy, links, dates, contact information, offer details, and other content accuracy.
  • Ensure creative assets adhere to established brand standards, templates, and design guidelines.
  • Identify and communicate errors or inconsistencies and coordinate corrections with the appropriate team members.
  • Review final approved assets prior to release to stakeholders to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Help maintain consistency and quality across creative deliverables and channels.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and follow-through skills.
• Experience supporting creative, marketing, or production teams.
• Experience reviewing creative materials for accuracy, consistency, and brand compliance.
• Familiarity with Workfront or similar creative project/workflow management platforms.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple requests and projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable communicating with requestors and creative team members to clarify requirements and resolve issues.
• Ability to identify small details and errors while maintaining awareness of broader project requirements.
