Responsibilities

  • Design and maintain executive Power BI dashboards, scorecards, and visual reports that clearly represent program performance, quality, service delivery, and customer outcomes.
  • Translate complex data into concise executive narratives that explain what changed, why it matters, business impact, and the decisions or actions required.
  • Establish quality and delivery KPIs, targets, thresholds, and common definitions; connect operational measures to contractual commitments and program objectives.
  • Present regularly to senior Kentro and government executives in recurring performance reviews and ad hoc briefings; answer questions, explain assumptions, and defend analytical conclusions.
  • Engage senior stakeholders to clarify decision needs, agree on reporting priorities, communicate emerging risks, and follow through on executive requests and commitments.
  • Integrate and validate data from multiple sources; govern data models, calculation logic, refresh processes, access controls, and source-to-report traceability.

  • Maintain inspection-ready deliverables and supporting evidence; support internal audits, customer reviews, and contractual performance assessments.
  • Standardize and automate recurring analytics and reporting using approved tools while preserving validation, human review, and appropriate data safeguards.
  • Mentor analysts in data visualization, metric design, quality review, and executive communication; peer-review dashboards and briefings for accuracy and clarity.
  • Improve PMO quality processes, reporting standards, and knowledge reuse; measure improvement outcomes and support Customer Satisfaction priorities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, quality management, information systems, data analytics, project management, or a related field; equivalent relevant experience may be considered.
  • At least 7 years of relevant experience in quality assurance, PMO or project controls, performance analytics, or a related field, including at least 3 years developing executive dashboards and regularly presenting to senior leaders.
  • Strong command of quality assurance and quality control practices, including root-cause analysis, corrective actions, audit readiness, deliverable governance, and performance measurement.
  • Expertise in data representation, visualization, and storytelling, demonstrated through executive dashboards and presentations that use appropriate charts, clear comparisons, accessible design, and actionable insights.
  • Advanced Power BI proficiency, including interactive dashboard design, refresh management, and report validation; advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to interact confidently with senior executives, facilitate recurring briefings, respond to challenging questions, and communicate risks and recommendations with sound judgment.
  • Experience translating executive reporting needs into trusted metrics and integrating, reconciling, and validating data from multiple sources; ability to explain assumptions and limitations.
  • Strong writing, stakeholder management, and prioritization skills; ability to work independently, influence cross-functional teams, mentor peers, and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Working proficiency with Microsoft Word, Teams, and SharePoint for collaboration, document control, and program reporting.

Requirements

  • US Citizen or Lawful Permanent Resident (Green Card).
  • Willing and able to obtain and maintain Public Trust Clearance.
  • Must meet updated ID requirements.

Benefits

  • Competitive benefits package including paid time off, healthcare benefits, supplemental benefits, 401k including an employer match, discount perks, rewards, and more.
  • Education reimbursement for certifications, degrees, or professional development.
