[Hiring] P1 ANALYST, SUPPLIER QUALITY & DEVELOPMENT @RTX

Role Description

The selected candidate must reside in Puerto Rico.

• Review and monitor the compliance of Supplier Quality requirements, mostly compliance to First Article Inspections (AS9102), Process Control Methods (AS13100, AS13006), and Quality Management Systems (AS9100) by reviewing and analyzing supplier quality documentation and manufacturing process data.
• Document and report findings to Quality Standards and specifications.
• Read and interpret technical drawings, including GD&T.
• Review and approve FAIR packages, Gage Suitability packages, and Process Control (PPAP) packages.
• Perform basic statistical analysis using Minitab to evaluate and validate Process Control data of Key Characteristics (KCs).
• Review Process Control Plans, Measurement System Analysis, and PFMEAs, and Process flow maps.
• Perform QMS audits.
• Attend and have participation in group meetings, teleconferences and/or training required.
• Communicate with parties within and outside of own team.
• Actively participate in initiatives for continuous improvement using CORE tools and support AS9100 efforts. Obtain CORE certifications.
• Support project management activities.
• English (read, write, speak) is required when communicating with customers, co-workers, or supervisors who only speak English.
• Based on business needs, the incumbent may be required to support other duties/functions within the company & travel up to 10%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree.
• Experience in MS Office suite.

• Administrative skills: Must be able to manage multiple tasks and adhere to specific timetables.
• Detailed and process oriented.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
