[Hiring] Oracle Cloud Testing Lead @Kapital Data

Role Description

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud Testing Lead to manage and drive the quality assurance and testing activities for Oracle Cloud implementation, upgrade, and support projects. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Oracle Cloud applications, test strategy development, test automation, defect management, and stakeholder coordination. The Testing Lead will be responsible for ensuring successful end-to-end testing and delivery of Oracle Cloud solutions.

• Lead end-to-end testing activities for Oracle Cloud implementations and enhancements.
• Develop comprehensive test strategies, test plans, test scenarios, and test cases.
• Coordinate and manage SIT (System Integration Testing), UAT (User Acceptance Testing), Regression Testing, and End-to-End business process testing.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, functional consultants, developers, and project managers to define testing requirements.
• Review business requirements, functional specifications, and technical designs to ensure test coverage.
• Manage test execution, defect tracking, prioritization, and resolution.
• Drive testing governance, reporting, metrics, and quality assurance best practices.
• Lead a team of testers and ensure adherence to project schedules and quality standards.
• Validate data migration, interface testing, integrations, reports, and workflows.
• Identify testing risks, develop mitigation plans, and communicate status to leadership.
• Support Oracle Cloud quarterly releases by assessing impact, executing regression tests, and validating business processes.
• Promote automation testing initiatives and continuous improvement practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
• 4+ years of experience in Oracle Cloud applications testing.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle Cloud business processes and configurations.
• Experience leading testing teams in large-scale Oracle Cloud transformation projects.
• Proficiency in test management and defect tracking tools.
• Strong understanding of test lifecycle management and QA methodologies.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

Requirements

• US Citizens or Green Card Holders.
• 6 months contracts + extensions possible.
• Strong Communication Skills.
• Should be open to travel as needed.
