Role Description

This position serves as an experienced Quality Assurance personnel for the Omni product suite in the Professional Services group. The candidate in this role will be responsible for developing and executing test plans for new releases as well as providing support for existing releases and functionalities. The selected Associate will ensure output produced is a high quality technical deliverable and will also create supporting artifacts.

This position is with the Professional Services Quality Assurance group with the following responsibilities:

• Test and maintain complex programs
• Work with Business Analyst to understand business problems, review and analyze system specifications
• Translate functional requirements and specifications into documented test plans, cases and steps
• Execute test cases, and review and analyze results
• Report and document technical issues
• Evaluate product code according to specifications
• Report bugs and errors to development teams
• Help troubleshoot issues
• Conduct post-release/post-implementation testing
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle

Qualifications

• Experience with Omni Product suite
• 5+ years of relevant experience
• Proven experience as a Quality Assurance Tester
• Experience in QA methodology
• Familiarity with Waterfall and Agile frameworks
• Familiarity with regression testing
• Ability to document and troubleshoot errors
• Working knowledge of test management software
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Ability to plan, write and execute test cases
• Ability to create and maintain test data, tools and scripts
