[Hiring] Middle Manual QA Engineer @Veeam Software

Role Description

The Corporate Website team is looking for a Manual QA Engineer to join our development team and support quality assurance activities for two enterprise platforms: Adobe Experience Manager (AEM CMS) and Keycloak Identity & Access Management solution.

Please note:

• This is a 1-year fixed term contract opportunity.
• For this role, we’re hiring only in the Czech Republic. Remote work is possible if the candidate is located within CZ.

What You’ll Do:

• Review business and technical requirements to ensure completeness, clarity, and testability.
• Create and maintain test cases, test scenarios, and test documentation.
• Perform functional, regression, and integration testing.
• Validate implemented features and bug fixes in development and staging environments before production release.
• Verify integrations between AEM CMS, Keycloak, and related systems.
• Identify, document, and track defects in collaboration with developers and business analysts.
• Participate in sprint activities, planning sessions, and QA discussions.
• Support release validation and go-live readiness activities.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes and testing practices.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in software quality assurance.
• Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and QA best practices.
• Experience in manual testing of web-based applications.
• Ability to analyze requirements and create structured test documentation.
• Experience with API testing tools (e.g., Postman, Swagger).
• Experience working with CMS platforms and/or identity management systems is a plus.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development processes.
• Experience with defect tracking and test management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, TestRail).
• Fluency in English.

Bonus Skills

• Experience testing Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
• Experience working with Keycloak or other IAM solutions.
• Basic knowledge of SQL and log analysis.
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and deployment validation.
• Exposure to test automation frameworks.
