[Hiring] Manual QA Engineer @Multi Media LLC

Role Description

We are looking to bring on a QA Engineer I with experience in manual application testing. In this role, you’ll work with the QA team to plan and execute tests in a fast-paced, agile team. Familiarity with Python is a plus, but we trust that you’ll be motivated to dive in and get your hands on it once you join the team. What You'll Test

• Your work will have an immediate impact on millions of users.
• You will have the opportunity to work on different parts of the platform, including but not limited to:
  • Payment gateways
  • Live chats
  • Video streaming technology
• Assuring quality for the systems and services on the platform to enable broadcasters to interact with users in a fun and interactive environment.

You Will

• Write test cases for manual testing, and test them with others on the QA team simultaneously.
• Review code changes to understand what needs to be tested.
• Be self-driven to pick up the skills necessary to keep up with technology changes.
• Identify opportunities for testing tools and implementing those ideas.

Qualifications

• Experience with white box testing.
• You’ve written test cases independently.
• You’re experienced with determining scope functionality for a variety of projects.
• You are self-motivated to learn new technologies.
• You’re a go-getter who isn’t afraid to break things.
• Troubleshooting user issues is something you’re familiar with.

Bonus Points

• You are familiar with a programming language like Python or Javascript.

Salary Information

The Base Salary range for this position is $90,000 - $115,000 annually. This range reflects base salary only and does not include additional compensation or benefits. The range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum range for a new hire across the US for the posted position. A candidate's specific pay will be determined on a case-by-case basis and may vary based on the candidate's job-related skills, relevant education, training, experience, certifications, and abilities of the candidate, as well as other factors unique to each candidate.
