This role is a remote role. This means you will be expected to work from your home, within the continental US. If the role is remote, there may be occasions that you are requested to come to the office based on business need. Any requests to come to the office would be communicated with you in advance.

What does it take to be successful in this role?

• Broad knowledge of various quality concepts, e.g., Total Quality Management, Six Sigma, ISO.
• Broad knowledge of managerial operating principles and methodologies applicable to division and client relationship management.
• Broad knowledge of federal, state, and local regulatory and industry publication requirements.
• Knowledge of budgeting and expense control.
• Knowledge of employee relations.
• Strong personal computer skills with proficiency in Windows-based software.
• Ability to communicate ideas in both technical and user-friendly language.
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills.
• Strong project planning and management skills.
• Excellent presentation, oral, written, and interpersonal communications skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field.
• Six to eight years of professional job-related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Education & Experience Preferred

• Six Sigma Green and/or Black Belt Certification.
• American Society for Quality – Quality Manager Certification.

Travel

• Travel is equal to or less than 10%.

Principal Duties & Responsibilities

• Manages the daily operations of the Quality Assurance department.
• Directs the quality assurance program for operations business units.
• Coordinates and monitors training efforts to ensure necessary education tools are provided to employees.
• Monitors and controls operating expenses to ensure corporate/divisional financial goals are met.
• Provides consultative services to prospective internal customers.
• Conducts routine assessments of existing quality programs.
• Performs other related duties as required.

Total Rewards

The salary range for this job is $90,000 - $120,000. This range is specific to the job and salary offers consider a wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions.
