[Hiring] Lead/ Senior - Quality Assurance @Inivos

Role Description

• Own QA activities across client implementations and provide final quality sign-off before go-live.
• Define the test approach for every implementation, covering data onboarding, dashboards, and the AI-driven analytics experience.
• Validate that client data is complete and correctly transformed at every stage of the pipeline, from source systems through to the reporting layer.
• Reconcile key business metrics on the platform against the client's own existing reports and resolve every discrepancy before launch.
• Verify the accuracy of AI-generated answers against the client's source data, so results are proven correct rather than assumed.
• Build automated data validation and reconciliation checks that can be reused across implementations, reducing verification effort for each new client.
• Plan and run user acceptance testing with client teams, and consolidate their findings into a clear, prioritized action list.
• Manage defects found during implementation through to verified resolution, working with both the engineering and data teams.
• Run regression checks after platform updates or client data changes to confirm existing implementations remain accurate.
• Report implementation quality and go-live readiness to leadership and client stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in QA/Software Testing for Senior QA Engineer level, or 8+ years for Lead QA Engineer level.
• Strong experience in software testing, test planning, and defect management.
• Proficient in SQL and data validation.
• Experience in testing data pipelines, dashboards, reports, and analytics platforms.
• Experience with test automation and regression testing.
• Experience in API and integration testing.
• Experience in planning and conducting UAT.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure.
• Experience with AI-driven applications or analytics would be an added advantage.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
