Role Description

Join our dynamic team as a Lead QA Platform Admin, where you will drive the operational administration and optimization of our enterprise QA technology landscape. In this hands-on leadership role, you will own the administration, support, and continuous improvement of high-impact QA platforms in a fully remote environment, offering exposure to the latest cloud migration projects and platform integrations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily administration and operational support for Tricentis qTest, Tricentis Tosca, Playwright, Selenium, Postman, and Sauce Labs platforms
• Manage production and non-production environments, ensuring seamless performance, security, and alignment
• Coordinate project, release, cycle, and permission management, as well as dashboard and reporting configurations
• Lead incident triage, escalation, and resolution, maintaining clear communication during operational events
• Collaborate with internal teams to support cloud migration initiatives and platform upgrades
• Maintain robust platform documentation, including runbooks, admin guides, and knowledge base articles
• Drive monthly platform health reviews and participate in ongoing improvement initiatives
• Support CI/CD integrations and troubleshoot automation framework issues
• Handle vendor escalations, license management, and access control processes

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent experience
• Six years' experience administering enterprise QA, testing, or engineering technology platforms
• Proficient in Tricentis Tosca and qTest administration, including workspace configuration and license management
• Experience with platform access and roles within IT Service Management environments such as ServiceNow

Preferred Skills

• Experience in financial services or banking environments
• Familiarity with qTest Cloud migrations, Splunk, and Power BI dashboard development
• Certifications in Tricentis Tosca, qTest, or ITIL frameworks
• Experience with quality maturity assessments
