Role Description

Join Nortal for your next big adventure. We are seeking a Lead AEM QA Automation Engineer to join our team, grow with us, and teach us a few things along the way.

As a Lead AEM QA Automation Engineer you will be part of an AEM on-premises to cloud migration. You will own the automation strategy and framework, lead a small QA team, and drive quality across the migration delivery. Centered on Playwright and BrowserStack, with AEM context.

What you’ll do

• Own the automation testing strategy, framework and coverage for the migration.
• Build and maintain automated suites with Playwright, plus cross-browser/device testing with BrowserStack.
• Lead the QA team hands-on, set standards and review automation code.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD and enforce quality gates.
• Drive quality across the AEM on-prem to cloud migration, coordinating with dev.
• Report on quality and risks to the client.

Qualifications

• 8+ Years in QA engineering, with automation, framework design and team leadership.
• Strong hands-on Playwright for end-to-end and cross-browser automation.
• Experience with BrowserStack for cross-browser and cross-device testing.
• Working knowledge of AEM (the project is an AEM on-prem to cloud migration).
• Experience owning scalable automation frameworks and CI/CD integration.
• Proficiency in TypeScript and/or JavaScript.
• Fluent English (US client).
