Role Description
We are looking for a QA Junior to join our team.
- Ensure that our software applications are of the highest quality and meet the needs of our clients.
- Familiarity with the following technologies is ideal:
- Selenium WebDriver for automation testing
- Cucumber for behavior-driven development
- Java programming language
- GIT for version control
- SQL for database management
Qualifications
- 0 to 2 years of experience in a Software Quality Assurance Engineering role
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field or currently studying
- Basic knowledge of English (Speaking, writing, and reading)
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- ISTQB Foundation Level Certification
Requirements
- Experience in testing web software applications
- Good knowledge of Agile testing methodologies such as Scrum
- Familiarity with Jira and Confluence for project management
- Black box testing techniques for testing software applications
- Exploratory testing to identify defects
- Defect reporting to track and manage issues
- Knowledge of OOP (Object Oriented Programming)
- Valued skills include:
- Google Cloud and GCP project for cloud computing
- API testing using Postman
