[Hiring] Intern, External Quality Assurance @Organon

Role Description

The External Quality Assurance (EQA) intern will support the External Site Quality Lead in day-to-day quality operations, including:

• Management and implementation of Quality agreement requirements with external partners
• Handling Quality metrics, Annual Product Reviews, Complaints, Deviations, Stability, and other applicable Quality Management Systems
• Supporting ad-hoc and routine Regulatory requests
• Communicating with external partner contacts to send and receive Quality-related information, including Regulatory CMC documentation
• Liaising with Organon Regulatory CMC contacts and other subject matter experts to ensure correct documents are received from external partners
• Proposing improvements to streamline EQA processes and Regulatory CMC request processes

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in Science stream with preference in Pharmaceuticals
• Proficient in verbal and written communications in English
• Well-versed with the use of MS Office
• Team player

Requirements

• Minimum 6 months, preferably 1 year internship
• Based out of Organon Singapore office or working from home (full-time preferred or part-time)
