Role Description

The Global Quality Data & Systems Manager supports the delivery of assigned global Quality system initiatives, helping to improve compliance and promote consistent quality practices across sites. Working under the direction of quality leadership, the role partners with process owners and site teams to implement practical, risk-based processes that support customer satisfaction, product quality, and business growth.

The Manager works with cross-functional stakeholders to implement agreed quality improvements, support manufacturing excellence activities, and track system performance. Responsibilities include:

• Tracking project milestones
• Supporting process harmonization
• Assisting with change adoption
• Reporting performance data with improvement suggestions
• Escalating issues affecting priorities, policy, compliance risk, or resources to the line manager and quality leadership for decision

Qualifications

• Experience in Quality Management Systems
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements in the healthcare industry

Requirements

• Support the development, implementation, and maintenance of assigned QMS procedures
• Work with process owners and site quality teams to collect inputs for Management Reviews
• Track key process indicators (KPI) and Quality Costs
• Support assigned harmonisation and standardisation activities across global healthcare sites
• Maintain and improve processes and tools within the assigned scope
• Support change management and communication activities for assigned initiatives
• Coordinate document reviews and implementation through established approval and change control processes
• Manage and support assigned team members and project resources
