Role Description
This role involves strong experience in designing and executing test cases for integrated enterprise-level systems, including:
- CCTV
- Intruder Alarm Systems
- Perimeter Detection
- Access Control
- Video Intercom Systems
- Hands-on testing experience with technologies such as: Genetec, Gallagher, Milestone, FLIR Latitude, ProWatch, and Commend (or any similar technology)
- Experience testing high-end CCTV cameras (Bosch, Axis, Optical/Thermal imaging)
- Experience testing with Grade 3 Intruder Alarm installations (Galaxy, Texecom, and peripherals)
- Familiarity testing Senstar Omnitrax/Fibre Patrol and Fibre Optic systems (desirable but not essential)
- Excellent communication skills, both with customers and other third parties and vendors
- Ability to challenge device configuration team on nature and coverage of tests conducted
- Self-driven, enthusiastic, and able to work independently
- Professional demeanor and customer-centric approach
- Good knowledge of testing approaches and metrics
- Ability to measure and report test coverage and test effectiveness metrics
- Reliable and capable of working both autonomously and as part of a team
