Role Description

As an End-to-End Test Manager of our team, you will:

• Work closely with Solution architects, CPD Delivery Manager, Business, Application Team(s), Product Owner(s), and Test Environment to understand the user journey from an enterprise view.
• Develop test approach document and testing resource requirements across impacted application(s).
• Create test data strategy and identify process/ways to ring-fence test data by actively working with application/environment team(s).
• Proactively conduct workshops to identify the dependencies/risks/issues in delivering end-to-end testing process and mitigate.
• Be responsible for producing the testing checklist (Entry and Exit criteria).
• Produce test execution plan in alignment with end-to-end delivery schedule.
• Own the delivery of journey-based testing and ensure execution of relevant test cases/scripts, including Systems Integration and Regression Testing.
• Drive the defect triage and communicate the execution progress to stakeholders.
• Produce Quality Metrics.
• Drive Test artefacts walkthrough (ensuring to produce Requirement Traceability Matrix) with stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to adopt innovative testing technologies and techniques.
• Provide recommendations to best practices and improvements across the program.
• Drive improvements in code quality via manual and automated testing.
• Drive development of automation and testing in a CD/CI environment.

Qualifications

• Significant technical experience in a software development organization with a University or Masters Degree in Science (preferably Computer Science, Engineering or other related disciplines).
• Exposure to a variety of distributed and mainframe infrastructure technologies and systems.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Deals well with ambiguous/under defined problems; able to think abstractly.
• Experience in delivering large solutions across multiple technology teams in Agile.
• Experience in driving an end-to-end test delivery of enterprise initiatives.
• Hands-on experience in industry-standard project and test management tools including Rally, Confluence, and JIRA.
• Eagerness to work iteratively and collaboratively to deliver to hard deadlines.
• Experience writing automated/performance/security tests is a plus.
• Experience with compliance and financial regulatory initiatives is a plus.
• Ability to create test data to meet test conditions across multiple customer journeys.
• Strong leadership skills, self-starter with exceptional communication skills.
• Familiarity with Arena, and ability to navigate around multiple application teams and manage key parties to a delivery timeframe.
