Role Description

This role involves ETL testing and requires a strong technical background in SQL and various tools.

Experience in ETL testing with SQL skills in creating test strategy, test scenarios, and test cases with hands-on technical knowledge.
Tools: Informatica, Ab Initio, Data Stage (anyone).
Hands-on experience in SQL (simple/complex).
Very good understanding of the Software Test Life Cycle activities through practice in multiple projects.
Develop test plan, prepare effort estimation, and schedule for project execution.
Prepare test cases, review test case results, and anchor defects prevention activities.
Interface with customers for issue resolution.
Ensure effective test execution by reviewing knowledge management activities.
Analytical and communication skills.
Experience and desire to work in a global delivery environment.

Qualifications

Requirements

Experience in Agile and DevOps methodology (nice to have).
Knowledge of test automation, Python, and cloud technology (AWS, etc.) (nice to have).
Understanding of one or more estimation methodologies, knowledge of quality processes (nice to have).
Excellent communication and customer interfacing skills (nice to have).
Take end-to-end bottom line responsibility for a project (nice to have).
Participate and ensure proposal, estimation, and scope for a project is completed (nice to have).
Schedule assignments, monitor, review, and report project status (nice to have).
Manage project risks; ensure successful delivery and implementation (nice to have).
Build the project team; take complete ownership of people and their performance management in the project (nice to have).
Adherence to the organizational guidelines and processes (nice to have).
