[Hiring] E-Learning Quality Agent @Dedalus

Role Description

Your tasks include:

• Responsible for the maintenance, further development, and documentation of quality assurance processes for our E-Learning content.
• Conduct quality checks and release reviews, ensuring compliance with defined standards.
• Ensure the quality and consistency of Articulate Storyline templates, continuously develop existing templates, and design new templates according to defined quality and design standards.
• Advise and support instructional designers and subject matter experts on all quality-related issues.
• Analyze quality metrics, efforts, and other relevant data, identify improvement potentials, and derive optimization measures.

Qualifications

• Completed studies or comparable training related to quality management, learning & development, adult education, media production, or process management.
• Advanced proficiency in Articulate Storyline and efficiently utilize its functions for the development and quality assurance of demanding E-Learning solutions.
• Solid knowledge in quality management, quality assurance, and the definition, implementation, and further development of standards and processes.
• Very good understanding of E-Learning methodology, didactics, and goal-oriented content design.
• Analytical skills to evaluate metrics and derive targeted improvement measures.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, for analyzing, documenting, and evaluating quality data.
• Knowledge of the healthcare sector, hospital information systems (e.g., ORBIS), or in the area of software training is an advantage.
• Strong quality awareness and a high standard of accuracy and consistency.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to provide constructive feedback and convincingly represent quality-related topics.
• High degree of initiative and sense of responsibility.
