Role Description

We are seeking an experienced QA Dynamics CRM Manual Tester to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in manual testing of Dynamics CRM applications and will be responsible for ensuring the quality and functionality of our CRM solutions.

  • Manual Testing: Perform manual testing of Dynamics CRM applications to ensure that they meet the required specifications and functionality.
  • Test Case Development: Develop and execute test cases to validate the functionality of Dynamics CRM applications.
  • Defect Identification and Reporting: Identify and report defects found during testing, and collaborate with development teams to resolve issues.
  • Test Environment Setup: Set up and maintain test environments for Dynamics CRM applications.
  • Collaboration with Stakeholders: Collaborate with stakeholders, including business analysts, developers, and project managers, to ensure that testing aligns with business requirements.

Qualifications

  • 5 to 6 years of experience in manual testing of Dynamics CRM applications.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in manual testing of Dynamics CRM applications.
  • Strong testing skills, including test case development, test execution, and defect identification and reporting.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
