Role Description

This role involves daily operational management and transport planning.

First point of contact for the drivers, carriers, and workshops
Secure driver planning and support the drivers with their daily tasks
Monitoring support inbox and resolve ad hoc deviations
Collaboration with Operations Manager to develop and maintain optimal customer experience in the Benelux
Performance analysis and optimization to meet KPIs and SLAs

Qualifications

Minimum a Bachelor's degree (e.g. Business, Supply Chain, Logistics)
Previous experience in transport planning and/or customer facing role
Strong collaborator
Strong service and solution oriented mindset
Independent and confident in your ability to act, prioritize and make decisions
Fluent in Dutch & English
Experience from the growing EV industry and/or startup is nice to have

Requirements

This is a fulltime position. You will initially work remotely and you are prepared to travel occasionally to customers across the Benelux.
