Role Description

• You manage transformer service projects from quotation to execution, ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.
• You lead technical sales efforts and support coordinators with complex turnkey quotations.
• You oversee multiple concurrent projects and guide service teams to meet deadlines and quality standards.
• You maintain project documentation, track financials, and report results to management.
• You build strong client relationships and negotiate change orders effectively.

Qualifications

• You have a degree in Engineering or equivalent experience in transformer service and maintenance.
• You bring at least 3 years of project management experience and 5+ years in technical engineering or transformer installation.
• You are familiar with electrical systems wiring and metal fabrication (a plus).
• You demonstrate strong leadership, decision-making, and communication skills.
• You are willing to travel and can lift 35-60 lbs.
