Role Description

The Training Coordinator is responsible for the efficient planning, scheduling, and delivery support of training services, ensuring a seamless experience for clients and trainers. This role plays a central operational function, coordinating logistics, maintaining trainer availability, and ensuring high standards of service delivery. The role combines operational coordination with project management responsibilities, including overseeing training content updates and production. It requires a highly organised, detail-oriented individual who can manage multiple priorities while maintaining strong relationships with internal teams, trainers, and clients. The approach should be proactive, process-driven, and focused on continuous improvement and client satisfaction.

• Coordinate and schedule training programmes to meet client requirements and business capacity
• Manage trainer availability and optimise utilisation
• Maintain accurate records across all training activities and systems
• Gather and analyse client satisfaction data to inform improvements
• Support invoicing processes and ensure accurate billing
• Project manage training content updates and production cycles
• Provide operational support to ensure high-quality delivery of services

• Experience in coordination or operations role

Requirements

• Achieve high utilisation of training capacity with minimal scheduling conflicts or rework
• Maintain or exceed agreed client satisfaction scores
• Ensure high accuracy in scheduling, record-keeping, and invoicing data
• Deliver all scheduling, reporting, and invoicing support within agreed SLAs
• Successfully manage content updates to agreed timelines
• Identify and implement improvements to coordination and scheduling processes

Benefits

• Salary: £30,000-35,000, depending on experience
• Working hours: Full or part time (reduced hours or days to suit, minimum 3 days)
• Location: Home-based
