Role Description

The role involves partnering with Technology teams to understand new business opportunities and translating functional requirements into detailed stories. The candidate will work closely with the Product team, manage customer-related communications, handle vendor requests, and demonstrate a strong understanding of TPM fundamentals. They will act as a bridge between Product and Development to ensure all requirements are identified, documented, and delivered effectively.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience (L6 level)
• Strong understanding of TPM fundamentals
• Experience in managing customer-related communications
• Ability to handle vendor requests

Requirements

• Experience in partnering with Technology teams
• Ability to translate functional requirements into detailed stories
• Experience working closely with Product teams
• Strong documentation skills
