Role Description

Kyanon Digital is looking for a Technical Project Manager to manage enterprise accounts and drive successful delivery of digital projects. This role is suitable for someone who enjoys working closely with clients, delivery teams, and business stakeholders, while also wanting strong exposure to enterprise-level technology and solution delivery.

The Technical Project Manager will be responsible for managing client-facing technology projects for enterprise accounts in Singapore. You will work closely with:

• Business stakeholders
• Solution architects
• Engineers
• QA
• UI/UX
• Account teams

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in project management, technical project coordination, product delivery, business analysis, or software delivery roles.
• Experience working on web, mobile, eCommerce, data, integration, CRM, CMS, cloud, or enterprise software projects.
• Good understanding of software development lifecycle and Agile delivery practices.
• Ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong ownership mindset, attention to detail, and ability to follow through on commitments.
• Good stakeholder management and client-facing communication skills.
• Comfortable working with distributed or offshore delivery teams.
• Strong written and spoken English.

Requirements

• Experience managing enterprise accounts or large corporate clients.
• Background in software engineering, solution consulting, business analysis, or product management.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Understanding of APIs, system integration, database concepts, DevOps, CI/CD, or security basics.
• Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Trello, ClickUp, Notion, Miro, Figma, or Google Workspace.
• Experience in retail, F&B, FMCG, financial services, logistics, or government-related projects.
