Role Description

• Project Planning and Execution:

  • Track project progress and identify potential risks and issues.

• Technical Leadership:
  • Provide technical guidance and support to project teams.
  • Collaborate with technical experts to ensure project feasibility and quality.
  • Evaluate and select appropriate technologies and tools.
• Stakeholder Management:
  • Manage expectations and communicate project status to stakeholders at all levels.
  • Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among team members.
  • Resolve conflicts and address challenges proactively.
• Risk Management:
  • Identify and assess project risks.
  • Develop mitigation strategies and contingency plans.
  • Monitor risks throughout the project lifecycle.
• Team Management:
  • Lead and motivate project teams to achieve project objectives.
  • Provide coaching and mentorship to team members.
  • Foster a collaborative and productive work environment.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
• Strong understanding of technical concepts and the ability to collaborate with engineering teams.
• Ability to identify and solve complex technical challenges.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively communicate with stakeholders.
• Strong leadership skills to inspire and motivate project teams.
• Ability to identify, assess, and mitigate project risks.
• Experience leading and managing cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Jira, Asana) and collaboration tools.
