Role Description
This role can be based remotely in the US. The Technical Project Manager supports and facilitates the successful completion of projects for the Automation Systems group. The Technical Project Manager is a catalyst in facilitating multi-functional alignment with key project partners for regionally assigned new and existing automation projects.
- Manage and provide technical leadership regarding automation design, engineering, and construction interfacing.
- Influence and develop consensus across teams at a regional level.
- Provide informative project issue mitigation when challenges arise.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Building Management System (BMS) design, integration, commissioning, or technical leadership.
- BS in related Engineering or Construction Management fields preferred, but not required based upon experience level.
- PLC / SCADA Application Engineering experience preferred.
- Experience with Allen-Bradley and Ignition preferred.
- Data Center or Mission Critical project experience preferred but not required.
- Shown success in project management with PMP certification preferred, but not required.
- Experience in instrumentation and controls (I&C) preferred.
- Proficiency with MS Project, MS Office, and MS SharePoint.
Requirements
- Travel required is expected to be 25% but may increase over time as the business evolves.
Benefits
- Salary Range: $135,000-$150,000 Base + Bonus (this range is based on Colorado market data and may vary in other locations).
- This position is eligible for company benefits including but not limited to medical, dental, and vision coverage, life and AD&D, short and long-term disability coverage, paid time off, employee assistance, participation in a 401k program that includes company match, and many other additional voluntary benefits.
- Compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including your qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience and may fall outside of the range shown.
