Role Description
We are looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager with a strong background in CRM development to lead and manage CRM-related projects to join our client’s team. The ideal candidate will have commercial experience and a proven track record of delivering technical solutions on time and within scope.
- Oversee CRM development projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and stakeholders.
- Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables.
- Manage project risks, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Ensure seamless communication and alignment between technical and business teams.
- Implement best practices in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and optimize CRM functionalities.
- Provide regular project updates and reports to stakeholders.
Qualifications
- 4-5 years of experience in technical project management, with a focus on CRM development.
- Strong understanding of CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, or similar).
- Commercial experience in CRM development is a plus.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management.
