Role Description
Join the team as Twilio’s next Technical Program Manager. In this role, you will help drive critical automation projects and support the development of AI-powered solutions that enhance customer engagement and operational efficiency.
- Support the execution of AI/ML-driven automation initiatives, working closely with product and engineering teams to ensure timely delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including Product, Engineering, AI/ML Research, Operations, Support, and Legal—to define project scope, objectives, and technical requirements.
- Drive the development and deployment of AI-powered solutions, such as chatbots and intelligent automation workflows, to enhance customer engagement and operational efficiency.
- Develop and execute program roadmaps and tracking milestones, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and the broader AI/automation strategy.
- Monitor dependencies and risks, escalating issues as needed to keep leadership informed and aligned on key decisions.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, leveraging data-driven insights to refine automation initiatives and drive business impact.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in technical program management, supporting cross-functional technology projects.
- Familiarity with AI/ML-driven automation strategies, such as natural language processing (NLP), chatbots, or machine learning applications.
- Experience working on AI/ML projects, including coordinating between teams on model training, deployment, or monitoring.
- Understanding of automation frameworks, intelligent chatbots, and AI-powered workflow optimization.
- Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to coordinate across engineering, product, and operations teams.
- Ability to support multiple initiatives and work collaboratively with stakeholders.
Requirements
- PMP, PgMP, or another relevant program management certification.
- Experience in a fast-paced operations or PMO team within a software or AI-focused company.
- Familiarity with AI/ML compliance, ethical considerations, and responsible AI principles.
