Role Description

We're looking for an experienced Delivery Manager to lead a portfolio of software delivery projects for our U.S.-based clients. This is a strategic leadership role combining delivery excellence, people management, client partnership, and commercial ownership.

As a Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for the end-to-end success of multiple client engagements—from building high-performing engineering teams to driving delivery, account growth, operational excellence, and long-term client relationships.

You'll work closely with executive stakeholders, engineering leaders, and cross-functional teams to ensure exceptional delivery while contributing directly to business growth.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Project Management.
• Minimum 3 recent years in Technical Delivery or Program Management.
• 5+ years managing executive-level client relationships.
• 5+ years leading software engineering teams.
• 5+ years working in a software consultancy environment.
• Previous hands-on experience in Software Development or QA.
• Strong understanding of modern software delivery practices.
• Experience delivering both greenfield products and legacy modernization initiatives.
• Proficiency with Jira and Confluence.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Commercial mindset with experience growing client accounts.
• Proven ability to make decisions under pressure and resolve conflicts.
• Fluent English (written and spoken).
• AI-forward mindset and curiosity about emerging technologies.
• Willingness to travel to the U.S. up to 4–6 weeks annually.

Requirements

• Own end-to-end delivery of a portfolio of software development projects.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, budget, and quality expectations.
• Manage project risks, dependencies, and escalations.
• Continuously improve delivery processes and execution standards.
• Act as the primary point of contact for executive client stakeholders.
• Build trusted long-term partnerships.
• Lead strategic conversations around delivery, roadmap, and business priorities.
• Ensure high client satisfaction and retention.
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services.
• Support business development initiatives within existing accounts.
• Drive account profitability and Gross Profit Margin (GPM) targets.
• Hire, develop, mentor, and retain high-performing delivery teams.
• Conduct performance reviews and career development conversations.
• Foster a culture of ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Handle performance management when required.
• Manage project budgets and forecasts.
• Optimize resource allocation across multiple engagements.
• Monitor delivery health, utilization, and financial performance.
• Implement delivery best practices and scalable frameworks.
• Drive continuous process improvements.
• Promote AI-powered ways of working across delivery teams.
