[Hiring] Task Order Project Manager @Nationwide IT Services

Role Description

Nationwide IT Services, NIS, is seeking a Task Order Project Manager (TOPM) to manage a large, complex task order or a group of task orders affecting the same system for a potential opportunity. Under the Program Manager’s guidance, the TOPM oversees task order execution, coordinates with the Government Contracting Officer (KO), task order-level Task Order Managers, Government management personnel, and customer agency representatives, and ensures that technical solutions and schedules are implemented on time. This is a full-time, fully remote opportunity supporting a federal customer and all task orders.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day execution of assigned task orders under the guidance of the Program Manager.
• Coordinate technical work, schedules, deliverables, and issues with Government and customer stakeholders.
• Direct, plan, and coordinate multiple projects and tasks, including resource estimates, project plans, cost accounting, schedules, risk assessments, and critical path analysis.
• Prepare contract reports, monitor progress, resolve problems, and elevate matters requiring Program Manager or Government action.
• Oversee work involving electronically stored information (ESI) and electronic discovery systems, including the review and analysis of data related to litigation, investigations, and Government requests.
• Apply ESI governance and storage practices to information collected or copied from native locations in compliance with applicable Federal requirements, including the E-Government Act and Privacy Act.
• Govern information in accordance with industry standards and maintain the preservation of metadata.

Qualifications

• Project Management certification, such as Project Management Professional (PMP) or another recognized certification.
• At least ten years of demonstrated experience with electronically stored information and electronic discovery systems.
• At least five years of leadership experience with progressively increasing responsibility in the public and/or private sector in IT, e-discovery, and/or consulting.
• At least one year of experience using the Exterro e-discovery platform to review and analyze data for litigation, investigations, Government requests, or similar matters.
• Knowledge of the governance and storage of ESI collected or copied from native locations, including compliance with the E-Government Act and Privacy Act.
• Expertise in information governance under industry standards and broad experience preserving metadata.
• Demonstrated ability to direct, plan, and coordinate multiple projects or tasks, including resource estimation, project planning, cost accounting, scheduling, risk assessment, critical path method, contract reporting, and problem resolution.

Requirements

• Secret Clearance
• Project Management Professional (PMP) or another recognized certification.
• DoD Approved 8570 Baseline Certification Category IAM Level III.
• Relevant certification from a nationally recognized authority.
• SAFe Agile certification.
• At least five years of litigation support experience.
• Certified eDiscovery Specialist (CEDS) certification.

Salary range $180,000 to $230,000 annually. The salary range is a general guideline. We consider several factors when determining base salary offers, including the position's scope and responsibilities, the candidate's experience, education, and skills, and current market conditions.
