[Hiring] TAP Functional Lead/Business Analyst/PM @JST

Role Description

JST is currently seeking a TAP Functional Lead/Business Analyst/PM to support our team. This is a full-time remote position.

• Work with the customer to pin down business rules they have not written down yet, including how a member gets assigned to a preparedness tier and what their self-assessment should ask.
• Run backlog grooming and priority conversations with government stakeholders.
• Validate each increment against the requirements.
• Facilitate sprint ceremonies and government demonstrations.
• Own the requirements and be the main day-to-day contact with the government customer.
• Take Transition Assistance Program policy and the customer's own business process and turn it into something the team can build.
• Confirm that what we deliver each increment is what was actually asked for.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• 8+ years of relevant experience
• CBAP or IIBA-CCBA. Certified ScrumMaster preferred
• Military transition, Airman and Family Readiness Center, or military HR background preferred

Requirements

• MUST be able to pass a US Government background check
