Role Description

The role involves maintaining open communication lines, ensuring accountability, and upholding core values while working collaboratively to accomplish organizational goals.

• Supervise all project personnel.
• Take responsibility for productivity, safety, and safety audits.
• Perform job walks to ensure:
  • Employees are wearing Personal Protective Equipment and tools.
  • Employees are working safely and productively.
  • Tools and material are located in close proximity to work performed.
  • The installation is up to standard.
• Take ultimate responsibility for billings.
• Constantly train the project manager’s replacement and support field personnel.
• Engage in improving the overall safety culture of the company.
• Help develop new Encore standards and processes.
• Participate in Project Manager meetings.
• Assist in developing phase codes for the project.
• Manage subcontractors and vendors at a financial level.
• Ensure proper maintenance of construction documents.
• Actively engage in required meetings.
• Assist in project closeout documentation.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of the construction process from scheduling to manpower.
• Ability to write commodity purchase orders from installation estimates.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Effective written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to manage complex projects.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Extensive experience in the installation and supervision of structured cabling.
