[Hiring] Strategic Accounts Program Manager @E2 Optics

Role Description

The Program Manager will be primarily responsible for proactively managing the overall relationship with a strategic hyperscale data center client. This position will manage national program projects impacting the critical infrastructure for the client's datacenter portfolio. The Program Manager leads complex, multi-million-dollar new construction hyperscale data center projects and is responsible for:

• Identifying the program requirements and operational integrity.
• Engaging with internal customers and supporting the program through the entire project life cycle.
• Promoting company Core Values to foster and safeguard a family-centric culture.
• Driving relationship strategy for E2 within the strategic account nationwide.
• Meeting goals and metrics in accordance with the mission and goals of the Executive Leadership.
• Driving collaboration with Company's Safety, Quality, Cost Controls, Continuous Improvement, and Operations Teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Producing accurate and timely reporting of program status throughout its life cycle.
• Overseeing project proposals, contracts, finances, and ensuring profitability is maximized.
• Acting as the primary point of escalation before escalating to corporate management.

Travel: The individual in this role should be able and willing to travel up to 50% or as required by E2 Optics and/or the customer(s).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required. Business Administration or Construction is preferred.
• 7–10 years’ telecommunications/low voltage management and revenue growth experience.
• 10+ years construction/telecommunications/data center industry experience with a strong background in multiple facets of technology.
• Certifications: RCDD certification is preferred, BICSI Technician Certified preferred.
• PMP certification preferred.
• OSHA 10 required; OSHA 30 is preferred.
• Ability to understand and effectively quote every aspect of the structured cabling system.
• Proficient with reading and understanding blueprints of building floor plans and construction designs.

Work Environment and Physical Demands

The standard work environment for this position is an indoors business office and construction environment. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. This role requires:

• Sitting, use of hands and arms, verbal communication, and occasional physical movement such as stooping or kneeling.
• Frequent standing and walking.
• Regularly lifting and/or moving up to 40 pounds and frequently lifting and/or moving up to 25 pounds.
• Regularly carrying and climbing ladders to 20 feet.
• Operating equipment such as scissor lifts, telehandlers, boom lifts, and UTVs (buggies) if required.
• Working in tight and confined spaces.
