Role Description

The 2 Wheeler Delivery Manager assumes end-to-end ownership of product delivery and product line execution for Ready Connect product families—including RC 1.1Q (Quectel), RC 1.1K (Kontron), Ready Connect JOEM, Ready Connect Stratus NAD, SATCOM TCU, and 2 Wheeler TCU. This role anchors delivery on both FFRD (hardware) and BKC (software) baselines, driving reuse, quality, and velocity across the entire portfolio.

• Jointly shape the hardware and software product roadmaps with Product Management.
• Lead pre-sales/RFQ pursuits and support new customer acquisition.
• Institutionalize engineering practices (PLM100, BMS M Gates, PSR) to achieve operational and innovation excellence.
• Steer multidisciplinary teams from concept to launch, ensuring traceability and robust release governance.
• Integrate hardware and software requirements, balancing platform strategy with customer-specific demands.
• Establish and scale a cybersecurity-first, CI/CD-driven test automation and pre-compliance lab.
• Collaborate closely with project managers, delivery leads, and cross-functional stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration) or equivalent work experience.
• 15+ years of experience in product development and delivery management, product development, or related roles.
• 3+ years of software development experience in automotive electronic field.
• 3+ years of software project lead or management work experience.
• In-depth knowledge of agile development methodologies and tools.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with product development lifecycles.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• A broad technical background with general knowledge of cellular and network technology.
• Very experienced with Jira & Confluence.
• Fluent in verbal and spoken English.

Requirements

• Ability to communicate advanced and complex concepts persuasively.
• Experienced with Scrum – Scrum Master certification or PMP certification is a plus.
• Willing to travel up to 30% domestic and 15% international travel.
